Questions
Is the trial really free?
Yes. It starts in your browser without an account, an email address or a card, and it simply stops after 3 days. Nothing is charged, because nothing is on file.
What counts as a page?
A page of the PDF you convert. A typical monthly statement runs three to six pages, so the free plan covers roughly two statements a month. The allowance resets on the first of each month.
How does the license work?
After checkout you get a license key by email. Paste it into Rowledger under Pro, then Activate, on up to 3 devices. The key is checked with Polar, our payment provider. Your statements are never part of that exchange.
Can I cancel?
Monthly and yearly plans cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There is no annual commitment hiding behind the monthly price.
What does Lifetime include?
Every current and future Pro feature in this product, on up to 3 devices, for a single payment.
Do pages or conversions expire on Pro?
No. Pro has no page limit at all. A year of statements in January costs the same as one statement in July.
Do you offer team or firm pricing?
Yes. Email support@rowledger.com for multi-seat licenses with central billing.
What is your refund policy?
A full refund within 14 days of a first purchase, for any reason at all. Renewals you did not want are refunded within 7 days of the charge. See the refund policy.
