How to import into Sage

Is the statement uploaded to convert it for Sage?

What if the statement is a scan?

How are duplicates avoided?
QBO and OFX exports carry a deterministic unique ID per transaction, so importing the same statement twice does not create duplicates. For CSV imports, exclude overlapping rows in the accounting software.
